NAIA Eligibility Determination and Certification Guide
The NAIA Eligibility Center is responsible for determining the eligibility status of each student-athlete seeking to compete in an NAIA-recognized sport for the first time, in accordance with NAIA Bylaws Article V, Section C and CFAR Policy Article III, Section 5, Item A. These determinations are binding for all NAIA institutions.

The NAIA Eligibility Center, campus staff and administrators, and conference eligibility chairs work in concert to ensure accurate initial-eligibility decisions for NAIA student-athletes.

The eligibility center must receive an official copy of the student’s dual-enrollment transcript and an official transcript showing these credits accepted into a NAIA institution (most likely the student’s shortlist school). Example of a Home School Transcript
Fee Waiver Policy Guide - play.mynaia.org
EXCEPTION: If your high school fee waiver was denied through the NAIA High School Portal or if you are/were a non-traditional high school student (GED/HiSET or home school), you may request a fee waiver based on your qualification for a minimum of $4,500 in Federal Pell Grants during the academic year in which you are seeking a determination with the NAIA Eligibility Center.
